Take your cut of every sale you generate on an ad account spending 7 figures a month

Work alongside a world class creative team, off their briefs and their footage, and keep 5% of every sale your ads generate, with no limit on how many you make.

Takes a couple of clicks. Your first brief is on the other side.

Seven minutes. The briefs, the footage, the ad account, and exactly how the money reaches you.

The deal you have now

You have cut ads that outspent your rent. Nobody ever told you which ones.

01

The thread goes quiet

You export the file. You send it. Somebody says thanks, looks great. Then nothing.

02

You never find out

Two months later you still do not know if it sold anything, or which three seconds did the work. Nobody comes back and tells you.

03

So nobody can price you properly

You have no idea what your work is actually worth, and neither does anyone hiring you. That is the ceiling. It was never your skill.

The money

Here you keep 5% of what your ad sells.

Every video carries its own cap, so three winners is three caps. There is no lifetime cap and no monthly cap.

Illustrative. Your real figures come from Trybe, not from us.

Most videos will not hit the cap. Some earn a little. A few earn more in a weekend than the month of hourly work they replaced. Which ones do that is not luck, and the next section is the whole reason this program exists.

The learnings call

Every Thursday I go through the ads and tell you exactly why they won.

The account is open on screen

Not a manager and not a summary email. The person spending the money, pulling up the ads. What held, where people dropped, why one hook did nothing and the near-identical one took over.

Your work gets pulled apart

In front of the other editors, and theirs in front of you. Uncomfortable for about two weeks, then the most useful hour in your week. After a few of these you will not look at your own videos the same way again.

This call is not new

We have been running it internally for months. You are being let into the room, not sold something built for you.

Why listen to me

Ads I have scripted and edited myself have spent over $1M in the last 60 days. I am still in the timeline every week. I have also burned plenty on ads that did nothing, which is where most of the Thursday material comes from.

What you cut with

You do not shoot anything. You open the folder and cut.

The brief of the week

The angle, the script, three hooks and the footage already pulled. The same brief the internal team works from.

How you get spend

We do not decide what your ad spends. Meta does.

No queue and no favourites. Your ad goes into the same account as the in-house team's, on the same terms, and the algorithm picks.

Ads running in this account right now

Every one of these was cut from the library you get.

It scales itself

If the ad is good it takes a big slice of the budget, and then the budget grows. That is what a large account does the moment something works.

And it cuts both ways

A weak ad does not get carried by a promise we made you on a landing page. It just sits there. Which is exactly why the Thursday call exists.

Progression

Win once and we start paying for your AI.

A winner is 10 attributed new customers on a single video. You can check your own level on your dashboard without asking anybody, and once you have it you keep it.

We are scaling this account to multiple seven figures a month and we need volume. That is the problem you are solving.

Leadershipfor repeat winners, because then everyone around them gets better.

The only way we get what we want is if you do extremely well. We would rather say that than pretend.

The standard

Be aggressive about the argument. Honest about the facts.

Most brands will not let you make a real direct response ad. We will. Almost everything gets launched.

What we want

  • Hard hooks and confrontational openers
  • Going straight at the drugs and protocols people already pay for
  • Naming the objection in the first line
  • Iterations off proven winners
  • AI formats, animation, motion, whatever sells

What we will not run

  • Claims we cannot back
  • Onset presented as a hormone, a peptide or a testosterone booster
  • Fabricated proof or invented testimonials
  • Impersonation of real people or brands
  • Anything that puts the ad account at risk

FAQs

What editors ask before they join

I have done revenue share before and made nothing

It usually fails for three reasons and none of them are you. There was no real budget behind the ad, so it never got the impressions to prove anything. The tracking belonged to the brand, so you had no way to know what you had earned. Or nobody ever told you why it did not work. We spend seven figures a month, the tracking is Trybe's, and the Thursday call exists for the third one.

$5,000 for one video sounds made up

It is 5% of $100,000 in sales on a single video. We have ads in this account that have done well beyond that. Most will not, which is exactly why it is a cap and not a promise.

That works for editors who already know direct response. I just cut

Then this is built for you. The editors who win here are not the ones with the best gear. They turn up on Thursday, take it on the chin and make the next one better.

How many videos can I submit

As many as you want. There is no cap.

Do I need my own footage, a face or actors

No. Everything is in the library.

Do I have to be exclusive

No, and we will never ask. Keep every client you have.

When do I get paid

Weekly, through Trybe, straight to your payout method.

Who owns the work

Approved videos are licensed to Onset for paid and organic use. Library assets stay ours and are not for use elsewhere.

Who is this not for

Anyone who needs a guaranteed hourly rate, needs art direction on every decision, or would rather their work was not pulled apart in front of other editors once a week. Better you know now than in week three.

Nothing about next year changes if you close this tab.

You keep cutting good ads and they keep going somewhere you cannot see. We take 10 editors a week, because past that the Thursday call stops being worth attending.
